We carefully select products that are made to last. Occasionally, although thankfully very rarely, products do suffer a fault not through wear and tear. In these cases we are here for you and will gladly work on your behalf to put the problem right.
In cases where you think you have a warranty claim please use our contact form to contact us. We will ask for information about, and pictures of, the damage. Once we have ascertained the nature of the complaint we may look to repair or replace the product if it is outside of the 30 day return period.
